What are your business hours and regular closing days?

As for the business time, it is form 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. (The last reception is until 5:00 PM)
And the regular holiday is on Thursday.
If Thursday is a national holiday, we will be open, and another day will be a substitute holiday.

Where can I find information about how crowded XCUBE is.

A

There is a small icon displayed at the bottom right of the website which indicates how crowded XCUBE is. Please check it out to find out the situation.
Also, there are no entry restrictions, regardless of how crowded it is.

Can a group of elementary school students enter XCUBE without adults?

A

No, they can’t.
They must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or older due to regulations under Category No.5 of the Amusement Business Act.

Is there any parking around XCUBE?

A

We have an affiliated car park near XCUBE.
Customers who spend ¥2,000 or more will receive a ¥400 parking validation voucher. Please be sure to bring your parking ticket when visiting our facility.
Your parking ticket must be presented to receive the parking validation voucher. Please be sure to bring it with you.

  • This service is limited to one use per parking ticket.
  • Only one parking validation voucher is available per transaction. Even if customers visit our facility using multiple vehicles and make a single payment together, only one ¥400 parking validation voucher will be provided.
  • This service is only available for our affiliated parking lots. We cannot provide validation for tickets from non-partner parking areas.
  • The parking validation service is not available for group reservations.

Are there any bicycle parking lots?

There is a free bicycle parking lot on the south side of this building (along the Ekinan Dori).

Do you have a luggage storage service?

A

We can keep your luggage except for valuables. Please inform the reception desk.
In addition, each attraction has a luggage space available. Please feel free to use it.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage.
The luggage storage service is not available during long holiday periods (spring break, Golden Week, summer vacation, and the New Year holidays).

Are drinking and eating permitted in this facility?

A

Bringing food into the facility and eating inside are not permitted.
However, beverages are permitted only in containers with lids, such as plastic bottles or reusable bottles (non-alcoholic only).
Please note that there are no vending machines inside the facility.
Beverages are not allowed inside the attractions. When consuming beverages, please use the rest area with tables and chairs.

Is there a smoking area?

A

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the facility. There is no smoking area inside the building.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Are there any baby facilities, such as a nursing room?

We do not have a nursing room. Two diaper changing tables are available in the restroom.
If you are visiting with a stroller, please use the elevator located near the entrance of Hotel Livemax.

Can I bring pets to this facility?

No, you can’t.
Service dogs like guide dogs, hearing dogs are permitted to enter.

Am I allowed to take photos and videos with my smartphone or camera?

A

Yes, you are welcome to take photos and videos and post them online.
Please be sure not to include other guests in your photos or videos.

A

The price of passes varies depending on the day of the week and the time of play. Please check the price list for details.

Do I need to buy an All-access Pass if I am only accompanying someone and not playing?

A

No, you do not need to buy an All-access Pass if you are only accompanying someone and not playing the attractions.
You may enter the attraction with the person playing to assist with equipment or observe.
However, you can’t enter Digital coloring circuit and iSandBOX.

Do I need to show proof if I want to buy a student all-access pass?

A

Customer who are a junior high school student or over need to show student ID card or some ID which proves you are a student to staff.
If we can’t confirm that you are a student, adult pass prices will be applied.

A

You can feel free to enter and exit during the all-access pass time.
However, please be aware that you will not be able to re-enter if the free pass is returned.

About attractions

Is it difficult if it’s my first time experiencing VR?

A

The controls and headset are easy to use, so even children can enjoy the experience with confidence.
There are two types of experiences: ones that you operate yourself and ones guided by our staff.
If you have any questions, our staff will be happy to assist you, so please feel free to ask.

How many games can I play in 30 minutes?

A

Approximatly 3 games. However, it depends on the number of participants and the type of attractions.

Can I wear the VR headset while wearing glasses?

A

In most cases, you can play games while wearing your glasses.
However, depending on the size or shape of your glasses, you may not be able to wear the headset.
In such cases, you may be asked to remove your glasses during the experience. Thank you for understanding.

Can I play the same attraction multiple times in a row?

A

Depending on how crowded XCUBE is, you may not be able to play the same attraction consecutively.
To ensure that as many guests as possible can enjoy the experience, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the staff’s guidance.

What should we pay attention to play attractions?

A

Please be aware of the following:

  1. All goggles and controllers are precision machinery. Please handle them carefully when using them.
    If you don’t follow these rules or break machinery due to your carelessness, you might have to bear a fee for repairing.
  2. When you are wearing VR goggles, you will not be able to see your surroundings.
    For safety reasons, please do not approach anyone who is playing.
  3. VR may cause motion sickness. Symptoms such as eye fatigue, dizziness, losing of balance, and nausea may occur.
    If you feel feel something wrong, please stop using it immediately and rest until you recover.
  4. Visual perception varies from person to person. If you have difficulty seeing objects at close range, some attractions may appear blurry on the screen.

Are there any age limits for attractions in XCUBE?

A

All attractions are playable for customers who are elementary school students and older.
For preschool children whose ages are under 7 years old, age limits may apply depending on the attraction.
Please check details from the “About the Kids Pass” section on the webpage about price list.

Are there any usage limits for attraction?

A

For safety reasons, the following customers are not permitted to use the attractions.

  1. People who isn’t feeling well, people who have a weak heart, pregnant woman and people who is under the influence of alcohol.
  2. People who get carsick heavily and people who have experienced muscle spasms or loss of consciousness due to light stimulations.
  3. Dizzy, hypertension, acoustic hyperesthesia, claustrophobia, nyctophobia, disease of back, lumbus.
